Scoop & Paw – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Scoop & Paw, a Burlington-based dog-waste removal service proudly serving Tyandaga and Aldershot neighborhoods. By using our website or booking a service, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

We provide residential pet waste removal as described on our website. Each visit includes full cleanup of accessible yard areas and secure gate closure upon completion.

2. Access

Customers agree to ensure safe, unobstructed access to their yard during the scheduled service window.

  • Locked gates, unsafe dogs, or blocked access may result in a billed visit.

  • Scoop & Paw is not responsible for missed service due to restricted access.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices include applicable fees unless otherwise stated.

  • Recurring services require an active payment method on file.

  • Billing occurs monthly through our online platform.

  • Prices and policies may be updated with reasonable notice via email or website posting.

4. Service Schedule

We strive to maintain consistent weekly or bi-weekly service days. Occasionally, routes may shift by one day to maintain efficiency. Customers receive notifications when adjustments occur.

5. Weather & Rescheduling

Extreme weather, unsafe conditions, or holidays may result in delayed service. Scoop & Paw will reschedule as soon as reasonably possible.

6. Cancellation & Minimum Term

  • Please note that we do not offer refunds for partial services rendered within a billing cycle (e.g., monthly or weekly). When you subscribe to a recurring service, payment covers the full period. Cancellation of service will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and no pro-rated refunds will be issued for unused portions of that cycle. This policy helps us maintain consistent service scheduling and fair pricing for all our clients.

  • You may cancel anytime. Avoid additional charges by notifying us 48 hours before your next billing date.

  • Late cancellations or missed access visits are billed as completed.

7. Refunds & Exceptions

All sales are final. Scoop & Paw does not issue refunds for services already billed or completed. Exceptions may be made in cases of pet loss or relocation outside our service area — please contact us directly in those situations.

8. Waste Disposal

All waste is bagged, sealed, and removed off-site for clean, odor-free service.

9. Liability

We take every precaution on your property. However, Scoop & Paw is not responsible for:

  • Damage caused by unsafe yard conditions, aggressive animals, or faulty gates.

  • Injury to pets or persons arising from hazards outside our control.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, photos, and designs on scoopandpaw.ca are property of Scoop & Paw and may not be reproduced without permission.
